Friends of the Library Basket Raffle

Thanks to our generous members and donors, the Friends of the Library basket raffle raised over $3,000! The money raised through this event will add much needed revenue for books, other media, supplies and equipment, to the Library budget.

Current Status of Library Services

Beginning 9/28/2020


  • Hours: M,W,Th,F — 9 am to 5 pm
  • Access to the Library will be through the usual entrance on the Northeast corner of the Municipal Center.
  • Safety: Without exception, all patrons must wear a mask or some form of protective facial covering for the nose and mouth. Social distancing and use of traffic flow patterns must be observed while in the Library. Hand sanitizer will be available and must be used before handling Library materials.
  • A section of the Library will be available for patrons to browse recent acquisitions, best sellers, new DVDs, etc. A limit of 4 patrons, will be allowed in the browsing area at a time, with a one-half hour time limit. Patrons waiting for admittance will queue in the hall. Requests for other materials may be made at the circulation desk.
  • Curbside pickup or pick up at the circulation desk may be arranged by calling the Library, 518-494-5384.
  • All returns must be made at the outdoor book return box.
  • Services:
    Limited in-library browsing.
    Computer use by appointment.
    Faxing, copying, and printing done by staff with appointment.
    Notary service by appointment.
    Access to newspapers is not available.
    Home-bound delivery.
